The short version: Use ContentChief to grow your business. Do not use it to harm others. Your content is yours. If something is not working, email us and we will make it right.
These Terms of Service govern your use of ContentChief™, a product of FAYEWAY Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Atlanta, Georgia. By creating an account or using ContentChief in any way, you agree to these terms.

ContentChief is an AI-powered content creation and distribution platform designed to help entrepreneurs, creators, coaches, and agencies create consistent, on-brand content across multiple platforms. It includes tools for brand strategy, caption generation, video scripting, content planning, scheduling, and cross-platform distribution depending on your plan.
ContentChief is a software service. We do not create content on your behalf outside of the platform tools. The AI outputs are generated in response to your inputs and are yours to use.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ContentChief. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
One account per person. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
ContentChief is available on three paid tiers: Solo Founder, Pro Founder, and Agency Founder. Each tier is available on monthly, annual, and lifetime payment options. Features and brand limits vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the schedule you select. Annual plans are billed once per year. Lifetime plans are a single one-time payment with no recurring charge.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.
If ContentChief does not change the way you create content within 30 days of your first payment, email us at support@fayewaymedia.com and we will refund every penny. No questions asked. No forms to fill out. This applies to monthly and annual plans within the first 30 days. Lifetime plan refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis within the same window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers who cancel retain access until the end of their current billing period. Annual subscribers who cancel retain access until the end of their annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations outside of the 30-day guarantee window.
To cancel, email support@fayewaymedia.com with your account email and we will process it within one business day.
You own everything you create inside ContentChief. Your brand information, your Brand DNA answers, your captions, your scripts, your calendar — all of it belongs to you.
You grant FAYEWAY Media LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering ContentChief to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with third parties. We do not claim any ownership over anything you create.
You agree to use ContentChief only for lawful purposes. You may not use ContentChief to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ContentChief uses the Anthropic API to generate content based on your inputs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every context. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing it. FAYEWAY Media LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
ContentChief may connect to third-party platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These connections are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that affect ContentChief's integration capabilities. Direct publishing features require separate platform authorization which you control.
We aim to keep ContentChief available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will communicate significant downtime in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAYEWAY Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ContentChief. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of ContentChief is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these terms as ContentChief evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice inside the platform. Continued use of ContentChief after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
