ContentChief™ is a product of FAYEWAY Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Atlanta, Georgia. When this policy says "ContentChief," "we," "us," or "our," it means FAYEWAY Media LLC.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is generated as you use the platform.

Information you provide:

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Your password (stored as an encrypted hash — we cannot see it)
• Your brand names, content pillars, tone preferences, and Brand DNA Interview answers
• Content you create inside the platform including captions, scripts, and calendar entries
• Your billing plan selection (payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information generated automatically:

• Which features you use and when (used to improve the product)
• Your account creation date and last active date

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your ContentChief account
• Deliver the AI-powered content tools you use inside the platform
• Send you transactional emails including welcome messages, password resets, and product updates
• Improve ContentChief based on how the platform is used
• Process and manage your subscription through Stripe

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not use your Brand DNA or content for any purpose outside of delivering your ContentChief experience.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

ContentChief is built on a small stack of trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy practices.

• Supabase — our database provider, where your account data and content are stored securely
• Anthropic — the AI provider that powers content generation inside the platform. Anthropic does not retain your data from API requests per their usage policy
• Stripe — our payment processor. We never see or store your card details
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send you account and product emails
• Netlify — the hosting platform that serves ContentChief

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time for communications

7. Cookies

ContentChief uses browser local storage to keep you logged in and save your preferences between sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

ContentChief is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data including encrypted password storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls on our database. No system is completely secure, but we take your data's safety seriously.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as ContentChief grows. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice inside the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
